摘要
作为企业获取持续竞争优势的工具,人力资源管理在新经济时代面临着诸如经济全球化、社会知识化、信息网络化和人口城市化以及企业管理广泛变革等方面的挑战,从而使得战略性人力资源管理、全球化企业人力资源管理的趋势愈加明显,并引发了一些新的人力资源管理问题。未来人力资源管理研究将更多地关注组织能力建设、知识管理和员工成长,重视人力资源管理理念的变革。
As a tool of obtaining competitive advantage for enterprises, human resource management is facing challenges by the changes such as economic globalization, knowledge - based society, information network, population urbanization and consequently management changes, thus strategic and global human resource management become tendency and some new human resource management issues have been brought up. In the future, human resource management will pay more attention to the establishment of organizational competence, knowledge management, the career development of employees, and the changes of human resource management philosophies and values.
