摘要
2 1世纪中国史学应该如何发展 ,这是史学界关注的一个热门话题。丰厚的史料积累、坚实的学术基础和创新的时代要求 ,使我们有充足的理由相信 :2 1世纪的中国史学将会有空前的发展繁荣。但社会的转型决定历史学自身将发生一次大变革 ,即将传统的历史学研究逐渐转向与其它学科渗透 ,构建历史学与其相临学科互渗互动、交叉融合的新学科领域 ,如中国法制史、中国人口史、中国经济史等正以旺盛的生命力迅速发展。但历史学是一门实证学科 ,史料是历史研究的基础 ,对于秦汉史的研究 ,仅利用传世文献是不够的 ,考古资料、简牍帛书是其不可或缺的史料补充。刚刚出版的《张家山汉墓竹简》,为研究西汉前期的法律制度、刑罚体系、民法原则及政治、经济制度提供了最原始的资料 ,更是研究秦汉法律的异同、联系及其发展变化的最好史料。此外 ,对于当时的司法诉讼程序、法令文书格式、历法、医学及丧葬礼仪也有详实的记录。本刊所编发的这一组笔谈 。
It has been a major topic of conversation for a long time in the Chinese history circle that in the 21st century how the Chinese history learning develops and how it should develop. With rich history materials, solid learning foundation and unprecedented historic flourishing age, we have full reason to believe that in the 21st century the Chinese history learning will have unprecedented development and prosperity. But the social type turn decides that the history learning itself will happen an important change, i.e. the social type turn makes the traditional history study gradually penetrate into other subjects, thus mixes the history learning with its adjoining learning to construct a new learning. Such as the Chinese legal history, Chinese population history, Chinese economy history are now developing forward with blooming vital force. But the history subject is a kind of demonstrative knowledge, the history materials are the resource foundation for the study of history. With regard to the history before the Qin dynasty, it is far not enough to only make use of traditional literature. The archaeological materials, the letters on bamboo slips and silk cloth are the essential complement of the history materials. <The Bamboo Slips Unearthed from a Grave of Han Dynasty in Zhangjiashan> published just now brings us the outmost original material for the study of the legal system, punishment system, civil law principle and the lost political and economic systems in the early period of the West Han dynasty. Still, they are the good materials for us to study the similarities and differences, the link, development and change between the Qin and the Han dynasties. Besides, they also record in detail the judicial lawsuit process, the decretive form, calendar, medicine, funeral rite. This group of pen talks edited and published by this journal is partly touching the above questions.
