摘要
评价系统引入了多级关联灰度评价理论 ,将公路建设的社会和经济影响作为关联整体进行“能力水平”评价 ,分析了评价系统所用到的评价模型 ;利用VisualC++在Windows平台上开发了公路建设环境评价系统 。
The Multi-Step Relationship Gray theory is introduced in the assessment system, which will assess capability level by taking into account as a whole the social and economic impact of the highway construction. The paper analyzes the assessment models applied in this system and the development on platform of Windows the evaluation system of highway construction environmental impact. Also the paper provides some application examples.
