摘要
介绍双放电预电离结构双脉冲 TEA CO_2激光器中弧光放电对激光器输出能量稳定性的影响。结果表明,只要预电离结构选择合理,就能有效地抑制弧光放电,从而能够提高双脉冲激光器输出的稳定性。
The paper reports the configuration of preconization on a double-pulsed TEA CO_2laser and the study of influence of are discharge on stability of output energy.The stability ofthe laser output energy is increased provided the configuration of preionization is chosen reasona-bly.
