摘要
成教大学生的学习动机较之普通高校学生更为复杂,为了正确分析成教大学生的学习动机,通过问卷调查,揭示了成教大学生学习动机的4种类型,阐述了激发和培养成教大学生学习动机的方法。
The study motives of the adult college students are more complicated than those of the general college students.In order to make a correct analysis of the adult college students′ study motives,we issued questionnaires,through which we′ve found the four kinds of study motives for the adult college students.This paper expounds the methods of motivating and training the study motives of the adult college students.
