摘要
西藏新闻传播的历史往往被迷雾和怀疑所笼罩 ,但它的许多空白和模糊的痕迹并不是其历史的真实面貌。为了研究的规范性 ,我们有必要就西藏新闻史的研究规范做出一般性的规定 ,即分清“西藏新闻史”和“藏族新闻史” 。
The history of news Propagation in Tibet are usually veiled in mist,most of its blanks and vague traces are not historical facts.For research regularity,we should make general rules on regularity about the research of the history of news in Tibet,that is to say,we should distinguish “the news history of Tibet”and “the news history of Tibetan nationality”,and understand distinctions between social development of Tibet and the news history of Tibet.
