摘要
我国在加入WTO后 ,国外教育产业将进一步介入国内教育市场 ,在教育思想、体制、方式等方面 ,对我国高等教育产生全面而深刻的影响。我们必须面向世界培养人才 ,开发抢占教育市场 ,挖掘各种潜在的教育资源 ,努力开辟国际教育市场 ,建立完善中外合作办学 ,积极支持西部高等教育大发展 ,积极发展民办高等教育 ,鼓励教育投资多元化 。
After the entry of WTO,foreign educational enterprises will join our domestic educational markets,and will give our national higher education comprehensive and deep influences.We must talented people facing the world,reclaim and seize educational markets,tap latent potentialities of educational resources,do our best to open out international educational markets,establish and perfect the running\|school systems of domestic and foreign alliances,actively suport the great development of higher education in West China,positively develop civil\|running higher education,enthusiastically encourage diversity of educational investment,and perfect educational laws and regulations as soon as possible. [
