摘要
在经淬火回火处理的45钢和 T10A 钢表面进行了激光涂敷 Ni 基合金的研究。得出:回火区宽度随激光器输出功率的降低和扫描速度的加快而变窄,并且基体钢碳含量越高时回火区越窄;回火区最低硬度与工艺参数关系不大,取决于基体钢碳含量的多少。
In this paper,nickel-based alloy is clad on the surface of quenching-tempering45 and T10A steel.The characteristics of heat-affected tempering region in the base is dis-cussed.The conclusion is drawn as follows:The width of tempering region turns narrow withthe decrease of laser output power and increase of scanning speed.The higher the carbon con-tent of the base steel,the narrower the tempering region.The lowest hardness of temperingregion is hardly influenced by process parameters,but it depends on the carbon content ofbase steel.
