摘要
我国推行住房抵押贷款证券化已是必然趋势。对住房抵押贷款证券获得的收益及其所面临的风险进行分析 ,有利于对风险予以防范和控制。
Applying MBS is an inexorable trend in our country.This paper, based on the introduction of MBS, analysis the income and risk of MBS in order that we can prevent and control its risk.
