摘要
研究了高锰酸钾氧化引发甘蔗髓与甲基丙烯酸甲酯的接枝共聚反应,考察了高锰酸钾浓度、反应温度和时间对接枝反应的影响。发现高锰酸钾可使蔗髓中的木质素达到很高的接枝增量;木质素结构单元中的酚羟基在一定条件下被氧化成醌式结构,对接枝反应起阻聚作用,α-醇羟基对此起促进作用。
Graft copolymerization of MMA onto bagasse pith initiated by KMnO_4 has been studied.The effects of concentration of KMnO_4, reaction temperature and time on grafting havebeen examined. Lignin in bagasse pith gave a bigh graft degree, but it simitaneously showeda certain inhibiting effect on graftin due to the quinoid form of its phenolic groups byoxidation. The α-OH groups in lignin molecule accelerate the graft polymerization.
