新世纪我国社会保障制度面临着新的挑战 ,我国社会保障制度改革的现状 ;我国社会保障制度存在的问题是 :社会保障的辐射面窄 ,统筹标准不统一 ,社会保障法建设滞后 ,资金筹集困难 ,多头管理 。
