摘要
非酯型拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂是近年来菊酯类杀虫剂研究的新进展。这是传统拟除虫菊酯结构中的酯基被其它官能团如肟醚基、醚键、亚甲基、羰基等替代后的化合物。作者曾报道用酰胺基替代酯基合成非酯型酰胺类菊酯化合物。
Sixteen 2, 2, 5-trisubstituted pentane derivatives were synthesized and screened as newpyrethroids: The structures of the compounds were confirmed by ~1H NMR, IR. All the compoundsshowed only a moderate insecticidal activity but a well knockdown effect against housefly.The mortality was about 0~12.5% and the knockdown percentage was about 27.5~100% atthe dose of 0.952μg/housefly.
