PMo_(12-x)V_x和PMo_(12-x)W_x杂多酸的XPS研究 Ⅰ.杂多酸中氧的俄歇谱 被引量:1

摘要 用XPS对杂多酸PMo_(12-x) V_x和PMo_(12-x) W_x的研究表明:在用V部分取代Mo时,虽然O1s峰没有给出什么有意义的结构信息,但OKL_(23)L_(23)俄歇跃迁动能随X增大而增大;在W部分取代Mo时,OKL_(23)L_(23)俄歇峰的动能随X增大而减少。杂多酸中酸性与OKL_(23)L_(23)数值有一定的关系。从OKL_1L_1与OKL_(23)L_(23)俄歇峰强度之比,求出氧成键时增加电荷,进一步表明了杂多酸中氧原子成键情况。 The Auger spectra of PMo_(12-x) V_x and PMo_(12-x)W_x have been studied. A relationshipbetween OKL_(23)L_(23) spectra and electron densities of oxygen in these heteropolyacids(HPA)was observed. It is found that the mobility of protons in HPA depends mainly upon thenegative charge of the oxygen atoms; the larger the kinetic energy for OKL_(23)L_(23), i.e. thelarger the magnitude of the negative charge on the oxygen atoms, the stronger the bindingenergy to proton, and the smaller the proton mobility and hence the less acidity. InPMo_(12-x)V_x the kinetic energy of OKL_(23)L_(23) increases with the increase of x value, but itdecreases with the increase of x in PMo_(12-x)W_x. The acidity of HPA is inversely related tothe kinetic energy of O KL_(23)L_(23) Auger transition.
