摘要
利用X射线衍射技术 (ODF分析 ) ,并结合光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜进行组织观察 ,研究了在退火过程中 ,电场对本溪钢铁公司生产的冷轧深冲 0 8Al钢板回复阶段的影响及电场回复对 0 8Al深冲钢板再结晶组织和织构的影响·结果表明 ,电场退火具有推迟冷轧 0 8Al深冲钢板回复和再结晶的作用·电场有利于提高再结晶γ纤维织构的强度·若仅在回复阶段施加外电场 。
Al killed steel sheet was annealed at 500?℃ through conventional annealing and electric field annealing respectively and then the sample was annealed at 750?℃ to investigate the effects of electric field on recovery and on recrystallization. The results show that the electric field affects considerably the recovery and recrystallization process,and the grain size and the intensity of recrystallization texture of the sheet. The electric field annealing retards the recover process and decreases recrystallization grain size. And it reinforces γ fiber texture and decreases α fiber texture. These can be interpreted due to a decrease in the driving force of recrystallization that would hinder the nucleation and grain growth in particulate orientations i.e. the electric field promotes the growth of grains with γ orientation and restrains the growth of grains with the other orientation. In addition,with the application of electric field during recovery,the electric field recovering is restrained the development of γ fiber texture.
