用纳米二氧化硅试制高温润滑脂 被引量:12

PREPARATION OF LUBRICATING GREASE FOR HIGH TEMPERATURE WITH NANOMETER SiO_2 POWDER

摘要 以纳米二氧化硅为稠化剂 ,稠化 15 0BS基础油和甲基硅油 ,制得了耐高温润滑脂。实验结果表明 ,因纳米二氧化硅具有粒度小、比表面积大等优点 ,用作润滑脂稠化剂具有用量少、稠化效果好等特性。所制得润滑脂试样均具有高滴点 (>2 4 0℃ )和耐高温性能 ,其中M 10脂的性能最好 ,且具有良好的抗水性能。还考察了4种润滑脂在 12 0℃时的流变性能 。 High temperature lubricating greases were prepared by means of thickening 150BS base oil and methyl silicon oil with nanometer size SiO 2. The nanometer size SiO 2, used as thickener of lubricating grease, showed good performance of good thickening effect at fewer amounts of usage due to its ultra fine diameter and large specific surface area. Lubricating greases prepared with nanometer size SiO 2 showed good performance of high dropping point and heat resistant, and M 10 grease showed also excellent resistance to water additally. Moreover, rheological properties of four kinds of greases at 120 ℃ were studied and the relevant rheological equations were presented.
