摘要
所报道的除氧防腐蚀剂XC 1,可用于压力 6 .5MPa以上 ,不能使用亚硫酸钠的蒸汽锅炉除氧。它以亚硫酸铵为主剂 ,复配以挥发性胺、成膜性胺、乳化剂等助剂 ,可迅速除氧并调节供水和蒸汽的pH值 ,防止高温腐蚀。探讨了亚硫酸铵的除氧机理及两种胺的作用。在室内考察了不同加量的XC 1对胜利现河 3号锅炉注汽转化水的除氧率 (煮沸 10分钟 ) ,加量 2 7mg/L时除氧率 98% ,加量 30mg/L时除氧率 10 0 %。在现河 3号锅炉上进行了连续 96h的现场试验 ,XC 1在热力除氧器换热器前加入 ,除氧温度 10 4℃ ,每 8h加药一次 ,加药量由 2 5mg/L增加到 30mg/L。当加量为 2 7mg/L时锅炉供水含氧量在 0 .1mg/L以下 ,考虑到除氧温度、压力可能波动 ,加量确定为 2 8mg/L ,这时供水含氧量 0 .0 0 3~ 0 .0 0 4mg/L ,过剩SO2 -3 含量在 1.6~ 3.6mg/L范围 ,锅炉进口供水pH值平均为 8.4,出口湿蒸汽 pH值平均为 10 .0 3。
Oxygen scavenger XC-1 is developed for removing dissolved O 2 in inlet water to steam boilers working at pressures >6.5 MPa, where Na 2SO 3 is unusable. XC-1 is composed of (NH 4) 2SO 3 and compounded with a volatile and a film-forming amines, emulsificator and other additives. XC-1 removes O 2 quickly and adjusts water alkalinity to below a specified pH value as to prevent water/steam corrosion. The O 2 removing mechanism of (NH 4) 2SO 3 and the functions of the amines are discussed in general. The O 2 removal rate of XC-1 for condensate from injection steam generator No3 at Xianhe, Shengli, is determined in laboratory and accounts 98% and 100% after water boiling in 10 min at XC-1 use level 27 and 30 mg/L, respectively. In 96 hrs' field trial on injection steam generator No3 at Xianhe, XC-1 is introduced into the system at the head of heat exchanger of thermal O 2 scavenger/apparatus of working temperature 104℃ every 8 hrs at use level increasing from 25 to 30 mg/L. With XC-1 of 27 mg/L the O 2 content in the water lowers below 0.01 mg/L. Considering possible temperature and pressure fluctuation, the optimal XC-1 use level of 28 mg/L is established and following data are obtained: O 2 content in the inlet water 0.003-0.004 mg/L; content of residual SO 2- 3 1.6-3.6 mg/L; average pH valve of the boiler inlet water 8.4 and of the outlet moist steam from boiler 10.03. These pH values are within the specified limits.
