摘要
由氯化钙、氢氧化钙、膨润土及某种促凝剂制成了无机凝胶堵剂。简介了上述各组份生成水化硅酸盐 ,进而凝聚并形成三维网状结构凝胶的反应 ,实验考察了各组份用量及反应温度对凝聚时间的影响及反应温度对生成的凝胶强度的影响 ,测定了优化配方堵剂的性能。新配制的优化配方堵剂悬浮液粘度 18.7mPa·s ,pH值 13.1,在室温静置 48h或高速搅拌剪切 6 0min不影响堵剂液的凝聚性能 ,凝聚温度≥ 40℃ ,凝聚时间 5 0~ 2 2h(4 0~16 0℃ ) ;生成的凝胶在 40~ 2 80℃下可耐蒸馏水、10 %NaOH、15 %NaCl及 15 %CaCl2 水溶液的作用 ,在 18%盐酸中发生溶解和破坏 ;在 15 0℃和 180℃下放置 72h后凝胶体积不变 ,强度略有增大 ,在 2 2 0℃ ,2 5 0℃ ,2 80℃放置 72h后凝胶体积略有收缩 ,强度提高 ,失水量为凝胶体积的 10 %~ 16 %。此堵剂可用单液法泵注 ,用于高渗透带封堵、注水井和注蒸汽井调剖和油井堵水 ,使用温度≤ 2 80℃。
The inorganic gelatinous water shutoff agent (WSOA) is prepared from calcium chloride, potassium hydroxide, bentonite, and a gelation accelerator. The reactions of these ingredients to form hydrated silicates and of gelation of them to create bulky gel are introduced briefly, the effects of ingredient use levels and gelation temperature on gelation time and of gelation temperature on gel strength are investigated experimentally and the performance properties of an optimally formulated WSOA are presented as follows. The WSOA in suspension as prepared has viscosity 18.7 mPa·s and pH value 13.1, does not change its gelation behavior after standing at ambient temperatures in 48 hrs or stirring intensively for 60 min and gelates at temperatures ≥40℃ in 50-22 hrs (40-160℃); the gel formed is resistant to distilled water, 10% NaOH, 15%NaCl, and 15%CaCl 2 solutions but dissolves and destructs in 18% HCl solution at 40-280℃; heating the gel in 72 hrs at 150℃ and 180℃ does not change its volume and strengthens it in some extent and at 220℃, 250℃,and 280℃ leads to slight volume shrinkage, gain in strength and separation of water of 10-15% original gel volume. This water control agent can be used by a single-liquid process for plugging high permeable zones, for injectivity profile modification in water and steam injection wells and water control in production wells at temperatures ≤280℃.
