摘要 用商品含硼酚醛树脂FB ,含胺类化合物的树脂固化剂 ,粒径 0 .4~ 0 .8mm的石英砂 ,商品偶联剂KH5 5 0制成了蒸汽吞吐井防砂用的耐高温树脂涂敷砂FSJ Ⅴ。树脂砂预混物相继在 70℃固化 72h ,12 0℃固化 3h ,140℃固化 5h ,180℃固化 2h ,32 0℃固化 4h ,制成固结砂样。根据固结砂样的抗压和抗折强度确定了以上 4个组分的质量比为 :10∶0 .9~ 1.1∶10 0∶0 .15~ 0 .2 0。这种固结砂样能耐清水、卤水、原油和 10 %盐酸长时间 (5~ 30d)浸泡 ,但不耐强碱 (5 %NaOH溶液 )。 70℃固化 72h的固结砂样在≤ 30 0℃下热老化 2 4h后 ,保留的抗压和抗折强度均不低于固砂施工的要求指标 (≥ 6 .0和≥ 3.5MPa)。简介了使用树脂涂敷砂FSJ Ⅴ在 12口蒸汽吞吐井固砂的效果 :平均注汽温度 30 0℃、注汽强度 192t/m·d、采液强度 8t/m·d条件下 ,防砂有效期 30 7d。 Resin-coated sand FSJ-Ⅴ for sand control in steam huff-puff production wells is prepared from a commercial bor-containing phenolic resin, FB, an amine containing curing agent, quartz sand of particle size 0.4-0.8 mm, and a commercial coupling agent, HK550. The premixed sand with resin and ingredients is cured successively in 72 h at 70℃, 3 h at 120℃, 5 h at 140℃, 2 h at 180℃ and 4 h at 320℃ to give cylindrical consolidated sand samples (CSSs). On the basis of compression and flexual strength determinations of the CSSs, mass ratio of the 4 constituents is eslablished as 10∶0.9-1.1∶100∶0.15-0.20. The CSSs are tolerant to fresh water, brine, crude oil, and 10% hydrochloric acid in long term (5-30 d) immersion but destroyed in strong alkaline (5% NaOH solution). The CSSs cured at 70℃ in 72 h maintain their compression and flexual strength above the specified limits for sand control (>6.0 and >3.5 MPa, respectively) after being aged at ≤300℃ in 24 h. The trial use of resin-coated sand FSJ-Ⅴ for sand control in 12 steam huff-puff wells is presented in brief: the effectiveness duration of sand controlling operations accounts 307 d in average under mean conditions of injected steam temperature 300℃, steam injectivity intensity 192 t/m·d, and productivity intensity 8 t/m·d.
