摘要
采用ECAP与热处理工艺相结合制备了亚微晶 70 5 0和 2 2 2 4铝合金 ,并研究了力学性能·结果发现 ,ECAP后进行固溶和时效处理 ,晶粒细化到 0 6 μm ;力学性能明显提高 ,70 5 0合金的抗拉强度σb 为 6 16MPa ,延伸率δ为 17% ,2 2 2 4合金的抗拉强度σb 为 6 18MPa ,延伸率δ为12 % 。
Experiments were carried out to investigate the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7050 and 2224 aluminum alloy processed by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) combined with heat treatment. It is shown that the combination of solution and aging treatment after ECAP is capable of improving the mechanical properties of the aluminum alloys. The ultimate tensile strength of 7050 alloy can be up to 616?MPa with the final elongation 17%. The ultimate tensile strength of 2224 alloy can be up to 618?MPa with the final elongation is 12%. The size of grains is about 0 6?μm and the submicrocrystalline super high strength aluminum alloys could be obtained.
