摘要
本文给出了指数分布场合定时和定数截尾情况下对由步进应力加速寿命试验得到的数据进行统计分析的方法。其中定数截尾情形的统计分析方法优于文[2]给出的方法。
In this paper, we have given the statistical analysis of types I and II censoring data from accelerated life testingstep-stress models under the exponential distribution case. In which the type II case is better than the one that was given in [2].
