摘要
伴随着高校后勤管理社会化的逐步深入 ,学生思想政治工作的阵地也发生了转移。但由于陈旧观念和思想误区的存在 ,高校的学生思想政治工作者未能在角色转换中及时调整。如何转变观念 ,明确定位 ,充分发挥宿舍文化在思想政治工作中的教育和导向作用 。
With the upgrade of college rear service management socialization, college students' ideological work has been different from before However, owing to their motions and misunderstanding in existence, college students' ideological workers' can't adopt well to the current situation and latest development in time. So how to imporve their views and definite their roles? How to full develop the functions of the dormitory culture in the ideological work? The paper makes an attempt to put forward my humble opinions on these problems.
