摘要
机器视觉技术正广泛地应用于各个方面 ,从工业检测到文件处理 ,从医学图象到遥感图象 ,从毫微米技术到多媒体数据库 ,不胜枚举。可以说 ,需要人类视觉的场合几乎都需要机器视觉。文章围绕自行研制的二维显微摄象精密检测系统 ,描述了机器视觉的基本原理、基本组成以及制造业中精密测量的现状和发展趋势 ;展示了机器视觉技术在机械制造微尺寸精密测量中的成功应用 。
Machine vision has been widely used in general, from industrial measurement to managing document, from medical graphic to remote sensing image and from micro technology to multimedia database, too numerous to mention one by one.As it were,where there is human vision,there is almost needs machine vision.Take 'Two dimension Photomicrography Precision Measurement System' as a example,it illustrates the basic principle?fundamental structure of machine vision, gives us the present status and development trend of precision measurement in manufacturing, show us the successful application of machine vision for small size precision measurement in manufacturing,and the advantages of machine vision to accurate measurement.
