摘要
本文根据仿毛原理经一系列试验,筛选出了FWG—5多功能仿毛整理剂,系统地研究了其增厚、液滴吸收、硬挺度、柔软度、强力、伸长、急弹、缓弹、静电压以及半衰期等性能,并进行了应用工艺研究。研究结果表明;多功能仿毛整理剂FWG—5具有多种良好的仿毛性能,并且性能稳定、同浴性好,能满足仿毛产品的要求。
The polyfunctional wool-like finish FWG- 5 was selected by the means of a series of assays according to the wool-like finishing principles. Its effects on the fabric thickening, drop-absorption, stiffening, softness, strength, elongation, instant and retarded creasing recoveries, electrostatical potential, and half- life were systemically studied. The application technology was also researched. The results showed that FWG-5 gave a series of good wool-like properties, had good property stability and excellent single- bath properties, and satistied well the production of wool -like fabrics.
