摘要
从市场发育、商品流通和区域经济发展三个方面考察明清时期中国经济的发展轨迹与特点 ,便不难看出 ,明清时期中国经济最具时代意义和历史意义的发展是向市场经济的转化 ,城、乡市场网络体系的形成既是这一转化的重要标志 ,也是中国近代化过程的一项重要内容。
This paper discusses the developing tracks and characteristics of Chinese economy in the Ming-Qing Dynasties from three aspects. They are growth of market, circulation of commodities and development of regional economy. It specially stresses that the most epochmaking and historical significant development of Chinese economy during those periods is the transition toward market economy. The formation of the market network of towns and countries is both an important sign of this transition and a major element in the process of Chinese modernization.
