摘要
西部大开发所面临的投资障碍的解决途径是金融体制改革先行 ,运用多种市场手段推动多元化投资主体的形成。西部大开发的投资应是一种全民性的投资行为 ,中小企业是需要大力发展的投资主体。
There are many investment obstacles in the development of the western region of China. The approaches to settling these questions are to reform financial system firstly, and to use a variety of market measures to promote the form of multiple investment bodies. The investors in exploiting the western region should be of all the nation. Small and middle-sized exterprises are the major ones which should be best supported.
