摘要
影响高等教育培养成本的因素很多，但最关键的是国家办教育的体制和政策。我国要发展高等教育事业，培养更多的现代化专业人才，就必须更新观念，利用市场调节手段降低培养成本，提高教育投资利用效率。
Many factors affect the cultivating cost of higher education, of which the system and policy of a country are the key ones. In order to develop higher education and cultivate more specialists, we must renew our ideas, reduce cultivating cost by means of market adjustment and raise investment-using efficiency.
