摘要
本文对非离子型聚氨酯涂层胶的透湿行为进行了研究,讨论了非离子组分的引入对聚氨酯薄膜透湿行为的影响,得出非离子组分对聚氨酯薄膜透湿行为的影响主要决定于:(1)结构中非离子组分的含量;(2)聚氨酯大分子链段热运动程度;(3)聚氨酯的微相分离程度。
The moisture-penetration behaviours of non-ionic polyurethanes coating paste
are studied and the influences of the introduction of non-ionic components for the moisture-penetration behaviours of polyurethanes film are also discussed in the paper. Results show that influences of non-ionic components on the moisture-penetration behaviours of polyurethanes film depend mainly on the content of non-ionic components, the glass transition temperature of polyurethanes macromolecules and the extent of microphase seperation of polyurethanes.
