摘要
2001年11月的第五次东盟与中国领导人会议,宣布在10年内建成东盟—中国自由贸易区,它已引起国际社会的广泛关注。中国-东盟自由贸易区的建立,对东盟和中国不仅具有经济上的意义,而且还具有政治和安全上的意义。但是,由于东盟和中国还存在政治制度、经济水平、文化以及其他方面的差异,各国对此的承受力不同。因此,在建立中国—东盟自由贸易区的过程中将会遇到一系列困难。
More and more people pay attention to ASEAN-China Free Trade Area since the 10+1 summit between ASEAN and China announced the plan of establishing ASEAN-China Free Trade Area in November 2001. ASEAN-China Free Trade Area will become the biggest FTA in terms of population in the world if this FTA comes true successfully in 10 years. ASEAN-China Free Trade Area is of not only great economic but also political and security significance for ASEAN and China. But there will be many difficulties during the process of establishing ASEAN-China Free Trade Area because of the differences in political systems, economic levels and cultures between ASEAN and China.
