摘要
目的 :研究氩氦刀冻融术中动态心电图的变化。方法 :对 30例行氩氦刀冻融术患者术前、术中、术后进行动态心电图 (holter)监测 ,由分析系统中的计算机软件进行自动分析。结果 :患者除术前、术中平均心率明显高于术后外 ,其它无显著改变。结论 :氩氦刀冻融术对心脏无影响 。
Objective: To study changes in Holter after Ar He cryoablation. Methods: Holter was examined in 30 patients during operations and the experimental parameters were analyzed by computer software.Results: Average heart rate increased significantly during operations, but no change was found in any other aspect. Conclusion: Treating hepatic cancer by Ar He cryoablation is safe and effective, causing no damage to hearts.
