摘要
就业问题已成为当前中国最为突出的经济、社会和政治问题 ,在全面推进市场经济和加入WTO的大背景下 ,全面认识和正确设计就业目标至关重要。中国的就业目标可以概括为积极自主就业、取得多种效益、达到社会公平。
The problem of employment has become the most conspicuous issue with its economic, social, and political sides. Against the background of pushing completely forward the market-centered economy and Chinese entering into WTO, it seems very important to understand the problem of employment in depth and plan its target in a reasonable way. The target for China's employment can be briefly represented as the four aspects such as actively finding out jobs, obtaining various effects, realizing social equality, and advancing an adequate employment.
