摘要
咨询员的自我概念、价值观、未完成事件和情绪等等都会影响咨询过程以及来访者的成长。咨询员的个人成长是助人成长的必要前提。为了更好地帮助他人 ,咨询员必须面对自我成长的问题。
A psychological counselor's self concept, value judgment, unfinished action, feeling, and so on, will certainly influence the counseling process and the growth of psychological visitors. In this sense, the individual growth of counselors can be taken as a necessary premise to help others grow. In view of the task of helping others, any psychological counselor must face the problem of self-growth. One of the kernel points for cultivating special psychological counselors is indeed in the issue of counselor's individual growth.
