摘要
本文从电子政务与电子商务的异同点和相互作用入手 ,较为全面地论述了电子政务与电子商务的关系。作者认为 ,电子政务与电子商务是两个不同的概念 ,具有不同的性质、目的与活动内容 ,但两者都依赖于共同的信息基础设施和社会环境 ,活动内容有部分交叉 ,并可以相互推进和协调发展。
This article fully expounds the relationship between electronic governance (EG) and electronic commerce (EC) from the perspective of their differences, their similarities and their interaction. It believes that EG and EC are two different concepts and have distinct nature, destination and activity content, while they all rely on common information infrastructure and social environment, and part of their activity contents intersect with each other, which could push on each other and develop harmonically.
