摘要
目的 :进一步探讨末端病中潮线“涨潮”现象的发生机制及意义。方法 :采用 1 3只Wistar雄性大鼠 ,随机分为空白对照组 5只、造模组 8只 (用电击跳跃法造模 4周 ) ,取其跟腱末端进行HE染色 ,重点观察潮线变化 ,并进行力学分析。结果 :对照组末端潮线为位于纤维软骨区与钙化软骨区之间的蓝染的平滑的分界线 ,其弧度与跟骨轮廓基本一致 ;但造模组的“涨潮”现象明显 :潮线呈现不规则的“火焰”样的蓝线 ,有的部位成为封闭的小圆圈 ,其弧度向纤维软骨区的方向推进 ,几乎与跟腱纤维垂直。结果表明 ,潮线“涨潮”是由于跟腱末端区承受负荷 ,纤维软骨区不同步的钙化造成的。这是人体对负荷应力的适应性变化 ,有加大跟腱作用力臂 。
The aim of this study was to elucidate the mechanism of the 'tide rise' during the pathologic process of enthesiopathy. Methods In this experiment, 13 Wistar male rats (weight~200g)were randomly divided into the control group (5 rats) and the exercise group (8 rats). In the exercise group, the rats were stimulated by AC electronic current to make the animal model. The rats from the exercise group were killed after 4 weeks. The change of these tide marks of rat ankles was observed using HE staining, and analysed by mechanical methods. Results In control samples, the tide mark was a smooth blue line between mineralized fibrocartilage and unmineralized fibrocartilage. By contrast, it rose sharply in those exercised rats--it became an erose blue line like 'flame', somewhere like close circles. It had excessed unmineralized fibrocartilage, and was perpendicular to Achilles tendon fiber. Conclusion 'Tide rise' is attributed the unsynchronous calcification in the fibrocartilage region, which is caused by the load on ankles. We considered that it is the adapting change to the load: the force arm of Achilles tendon extended, and the load distributed evenly to every tendon fiber.
