摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜术后并发症的护理。方法 回顾性分析我院腹腔镜手术并发症 30例的临床观察和护理。结果 腹壁伤口出血 4例 ,皮下气肿 9例 ,腹胀 2例 ,术后发热 10例 ,右上肢神经麻痹 5例。结论 并发症的护理重点在于早期发现 。
Objective To investigate the observation and nursing of the postoperative complications of laparoscopic gynecologic surgery.Met hods To analysis retrospectively the nursing 30 cases postoperative compl ications of laparoscopic surgery for last 2 years.Results Complic ations occurred in 30 cases: wound bleeding 4 cases severe emphysema 9 cases abd ominal distention 2 cases febrile morbidities 10 cases nervus paralysis of right upper extremity 5 cases.Conclusion The key part of the nursing o f the complications relies on the early diagnosis, management properly and nursi ng psychologiclly.
