摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜在输卵管妊娠诊断和治疗中的价值。方法 对 87例输卵管妊娠患者采用腹腔镜下输卵管线型切开取胚术和输卵管部分切除术。结果 所有手术均在镜下成功完成 ,平均手术时间 (5 0 1± 18 3)min ,平均住院日 (4 1± 1 2 )d ,无术后并发症。结论 腹腔镜检查可早期诊断输卵管妊娠 ,腹腔镜下手术治疗输卵管妊娠具有创伤小、恢复快。
Objective To explore the value of laparoscope in diag no sis and treatment of tubal pregnancy.Methods 87 patients with tub al pregnancy were operated on linear salpingotomy and partial salpingectomy with laparoscope.Results All operations were performed with laparosco pe successfully.The average operating time and hospitalization time was(50 1±1 8 3) min and (4 1±1 2)d respectively, no complication was occured.Co nclusion Tubal pregnancy can be diagnosed with laparoscopy early. Surgica l management of tubal pregnancy with laparoscope possess with the advantages of less invasiveness,recovery fast,fewer operation complication and tube can be sav ed.
