摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜手术对子宫内膜癌的治疗效果。方法 对 16例子宫内膜癌患者行广泛子宫切除 +盆腔淋巴结清除术 ,2例广泛子宫切除 +盆腔及腹主动脉周围淋巴结切除术。观察手术时间、术中出血量及术后恢复情况。结果 平均手术时间 2 14min ,平均出血量 2 11ml。结论 腹腔镜手术创伤小 ,术后恢复快 。
Objective To explore the feasibility of laparoscopic op eration as treatment for endometrial carcinoma.Methods Sixteen pa tients underwent laparoscopic extensive total hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadene ctomy, and two underwent additional abdominal lymph node dissection.All patients underwent bilateral adnexectomy.Results The mean operation time was 214 minutes and the mean blood loss was 211ml.No operation complication occu rred and the average post-operative hospital stay was 9 8 days.Conclus ion Laparoscopic operation is a safe and reliable method for treating end ometrial carcinoma.
