摘要
目的 探讨经尿道膀胱颈电切术治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻的疗效。方法 对 2 1例女性膀胱颈梗阻患者进行尿流动力学和膀胱镜的检查 ,全部患者均行经尿道膀胱颈电切术。结果 术后 19例得到随访 ,随访时间 4mo～5a ,平均 1.5a。 16例治愈 (89.5 % ) ,MFR >2 5ml/s,残余尿 <30ml。结论 经尿道膀胱颈电切术是一种治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻安全有效的方法 。
Objective To investigate the curative effects of transurethral resection of bladder neck for the treatment of female bladder neck obstruction.Methods 21 cases of female bladder neck obstruction acceptd uroflowmetry and cystoscopy, All patients were treated with transurethral resection of bladder neck.Results 19 patients have been followed up for 4months to 5 years with an average of one year and 7 months . Of 19 cases , 16 cases cured with 90.5% curative rate . MFR were more than 20ml/s. Residual urine were less than 30ml.Conclusions Transurethral resection of bladder neck is a safe and effective method to treat female bladder neck obstruction .It was the first choice for female bladder neck obstruction.
