摘要
研究了一种 Ni 基定向合金激光快速熔凝的结晶形态以及冷却速度对激光熔凝组织的影响。结果表明,激光快速凝固结晶形态强烈地依赖于熔池边界基材的晶粒取向。激光熔区的显微组织尺度与冷却速度有关。
In this paper the crystallized morphology of directional soli-dified Ni-base alloy during laser rapid melting and the effect of cooling rateon the solidified microstructnre have been studied.The results show that thecrystallized morphology during laser rapid solidification strongly depends onthe orientation of substrate grain at interface of melted bath.The dendriticsize after melting is mainly related to the cooling rate.
