摘要
目的 探讨心先安注射液对老年冠心病患者心功能、心肌缺血的作用。 方法 80例老年冠心病患者随机分为治疗组 40例 ,对照组 40例 ,前者静点 5 % GS2 5 0 ml+心先安 90 mg疗程为 14 d;后者静点 5 % GS2 5 0 ml+复方丹参 16ml,疗程为 14 d。结果 治疗组心功能、心肌缺血改善(P<0 .0 1)与对照组比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)。 结论 心先安注射液对老年冠心病患者改善心功能。
OBJECTIVE To explore effects of Meglumine cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate(McAMP)on cardiac function and less blood in old patients with coronary heart disease.METHODS Eighty cases were divided into 2 groups.Treatment group(n=40)was treated with McAMP injection 90mg adding in 5% glucose 250ml intravenous drip.Control group(n=40)was treated with Fufan dangshen injection 16ml adding in 5% glucose 250ml intravenous drip.There were 14 days for a therapy course in both groups.RESULTS The improvements of cardiac function and less blood were singnificant in McAMP group than control group(P<0 01)?
