摘要
锅炉省煤器在发生磨损泄漏时 ,一般以堵漏的办法来解决 ,随着数量的增加会影响到锅炉出力及降低锅炉效率 ;且省煤器检修空间较小 ,维修困难。通过分析计算 ,设计采用螺旋鳍片管式省煤器 ,使上述问题较好地得到解决。图 2表 2参
Whenever leakages occurs in economizers of boilers due to abrasion, plugging is the conventional solution, but the boiler output and the boiler efficiency may be affected with increasing number of repeated plugging and overhaul may get difficult due to the limited space. Analysis and calculation show that the used spiral finned tubes in economizer design would be a more satisfactory solution. Figs 2
