摘要
当前我国电力经济运行存在着电价形成机制不合理、电力市场竞争主体单一等问题 ,据此 ,政府应运用财政和价格政策重塑电价形成机制 ,电价信号在资源配置中的导向作用 ,企业要按照新的经营规则 ,重组生产经营活动 。
In the current process of economic operation of electric power there exist some problems such as unreasonable price system, single partner market competition, etc. Therefore, the Chinese government must reform the price system and regulate the guiding role of price signals in the disposition of resources according to the fiscal and price policy. Production and business activities must be rearranged in the enterprises according to new management rules in order to achieve maximum economic benefit.
