软式排球运动是一项新兴的体育项目 ,它的球体柔软、重量轻、气压小 ,活动形式多样、易操作 ,适合不同阶层的人参与 .与硬式排球的共性多 ,在技术的运用上具有和硬式排球不同的技术特点 .
Squash volleyball is a newly developing sport.It is easy to play and suitable for people of different ranks to join in because its sphere is squash and light and its pressure is low. Squash volleyball has lots of similarities with hard volleyball, while it has different technical characteristics on technical application.
