摘要
文章从竞争情报产生背景和内涵着手 ,剖析竞争情报的法律属性 ,正视竞争情报与商业秘密的关系 ,明确了竞争情报应有的法律地位 。
On the basis of the background and connotation of competitive intelligence,this paper discusses the legal attributes of competitive intelligence,and analyzes the relation between competitive intelligence and trade secrets,defines the legal position of competitive intelligence.In addition,the paper disserts briefly the legal protection of competitive intelligence service.
