摘要
核心期刊的形成可从宏观和微观两个角度来考察 :从宏观上看 ,自组织理论揭示了期刊系统在与外界环境不断地进行能量、物质、信息交换的过程中 ,自发地形成层次分明、等级森严的有序结构 ,即核心期刊产生 ;从微观上看 ,就某种期刊而言 ,要在芸芸众生中脱颖而出 ,成为核心期刊 ,期刊编辑因素起决定作用 ,而能否确立主编意识 (精品意识 )、特色意识、编辑意识、规范标准意识。
This paper makes an inspection of the form of core periodical from macroscopic and microscopic perspective.On macroscopic sense,self organization reveals that periodical system gets to have its sequential structure with strict grade during the exchange of energy,material and information with the outer world.That is the way by which the core periodical comes into being.On microscopic sense,as far as one periodical is concerned,if it wants to distinguish itself from the others and becomes a core periodical editing plays an important role.The essential points are consciousness of delicacy,consciousness of distinguishing feature,consciousness of editing,consciousness of standardization and consciousness of propaganda.
