Perspecting the construction of democratic centralism from its internal regulation,the 'Three Representatings', has to be followed to develop the Party's interior democracy,solidify the principal positions of the Party members,strengthen the construction of the institutionalization and standardization of democratic centralism,and improve the consciousness of leading cadres to perform democratic entralism.
