摘要
目的 :探讨巩膜隧道切口用于玻璃体切割术的可行性和应用效果。方法 :38例后段玻璃体切割术中 ,17例 34个切口行巩膜隧道切口。结果 :手术结束时不需缝合且能自闭切口 2 6个 ,需 8字缝合 8个。结论 :巩膜隧道切口用于玻璃体切割术 ,操作简单。可避免反复插入和拔出巩膜塞 ,防止眼内灌注液外流或气体逸出 ,避免眼球塌陷 ,便利器械进出切口 ,明显缩短手术时间 ,减少与切口相关的并发症。
Objective: To study the efficacy of self_sealing sclerotomy in pars plana vitrectomy. Methods: Thirty_four self_sealing sclerotomies were performed in 17 of 38 patients underwent pars plana vitrectomy. Results: Of the 34 sclerotomies, 26 did not require suturing while 8 were closed with 8_shape 7.0 absorbable suture. Conclusion: Sutureless sclerotomy is simple to perform, save the operative time, and reduce the risk of peroperative hypotony during instrument exchange.
