摘要
综述了提高抗生素有效组分产量的4类生物学方法。随机诱变筛选和定向推理选育;在发酵培养基中添加前体或诱导物;改变培养基组成或控制发酵条件;基因工程理性化筛选。
In this article, four biological approaches of increasing productivity of the effective component of antibiotics have been reviewed. They are stochastic screening and rational selection, adding precursors or in-ducers to medium, altering compositions of the medium and controlling conditions of the fermentation, and rational screening through genetic engineering.
