本文讨论了高校学风建设和学生工作在高校教育工作中的基础作用及其相互间的关系 。
In the article the author discusses the fundamental role the construction of favorable academic atmosphere and the student oriented managerial and educational work play in university educational work and the interrelation of the two. Moreover, the author makes a constructive inquiry into the role the student oriented managerial and educational work plays in constructing favorable academic atmosphere.
