摘要
经济分析法学坚持效率应当被看作是法律的基本价值 ,法律的效益价值理论和经济分析方法是法学研究理论领域和方法论上的重大突破 。
Economic Analysis of the Law' Doctrine insists that efficiency should be regarded as the basic value of law. Its theory of efficiency value and method of economic analysis are a great breakthrough in law theory domain. China is transforming planned economy into market oriented economy. China will see rule of law. 'Economic Analysis of the Law' Doctrine will play a very important role in our society.
