摘要
教师人格是影响学生知识掌握。技能训练和能力培养的重要因素,从某种意义上决定了教师教学水平的高低和教育教学效果的好坏。教师人格建设的基本内涵包括准确的自我意识、良好的创新能力、积极的教学态度和一定的挫折忍受力。
The personality of teachers is a major influential factor for students. It has an effect on their mastery of knowledge,acquisition of skills and development of competence. Besides, it, to some extent, shows the teaching level and determines the result of education.The building of teachers' personality means to foster exact self- awareness,appropriate creativity and tolerance.
